Refund Policy

At Banksia Cosmetics we love our customers and their trust in the extremely high quality product we supply. 

These products are special and act differently on your skin to other products that contain many fillers and synthetic ingredients. You will love the change in your skin and the feel!

These serums whilst super hydrating do not leave any oily feeling on your skin but a drier coverage, you do not perspire as creams in humid climates. Your makeup goes on perfectly over the serum. Just let dry first, you will feel all day the serum sensation on your skin, it is not sitting there it is acting to improve your skin!

In the rare case that you wish to return the product for any reason, we will happily refund the purchase in line with our returns policy below:

Due to the pureness, full scope of minerals which makes them more effective at nourishing and protecting the cells, the uniqueness in their active phyto and micronutrients coupled with hygiene standards we are unable to refund, exchange or offer returns on open and/or used products.

Products must be unopened and in original condition.

Once we receive and successfully review the returned products, we will refund you the original purchase price of the product returned. 

If you have received the incorrect order or faulty product please provide a photo, proof or purchase with your receipt within 7 days of shipment.

Lost or damaged shipments; We carefully package our products at Banksia Cosmetics, once shipped we cannot be responsible for damage or loss during shipment.

Please enquire for tracking details of your product if it has arrived within 21 days. 

On returns due to other reasons including change of mind, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping including any currency conversion and/or taxes (if applicable).

You must contact us within 21 days to authorise a return. Once you have received our authorisation of the product return, please post the product to:

Please include any of the following with the returned products:

▪ Your order number, name and contact details

▪ Copy of your order confirmation email

▪ Copy of your invoice

All returned items must be unopened and in original condition and you must ensure that all products are suitably packaged in order to prevent damage during return shipping. 

It is highly recommended that products returned by post be sent by certified or registered mail, we accept no responsibility for damage loss or occurring in return transit to us.
